While yes, there's much you can tell from those spy shots — including further confirmation of the ditching of the smiling grille , perhaps indicative of the very sad Ford sales numbers as of late, we'd previously...

GREG BIFFLE – No. 16 Dish Network Ford Fusion VICTORY LANE INTERVIEW – WERE YOU HOLDING BACK ON BRAKES AND FUEL? “Yeah, I was. This Turbo HD Ford really wanted to go, but I was holding back at the end there – at the middle part of that run – and then we got those cautions thankfully. That’s what my plan was inside the car – close us up to Jimmie Johnson and get me a shot at him. I was a little better...

DAVID RAGAN – No. 6 AAA Ford Fusion (Finished 13th) – “We dug ourselves a bigger hole, but we just didn’t have the speed all night and battled poor track position. We got it decent there at the end. If it would have been a 600-mile race, maybe we could have picked up a few more spots, but we were just adjusting it seemed like every run and just didn’t have the speed. I guess we’re in the same position...

If we could start the weekend all over again, I think we’d be alright. We’ve got to keep working. It was nice to get a top-10...
