Speed limit in central Tallinn could fall to 40 km per hour

An Estonian Air Boeing 737-500, registration ES-ABL performing flight OV134 from Oslo Gardermoen (Norway) to Tallinn (Estonia), struck a flock of birds while on approach to Tallinn at 3000 feet.
