Wikipedia has the results of the recent Albanian parliamentary elections . The elections were held under a proportional representation system. Formerly Albania did have a single-member constituency aspect to its elections. There were 2 main blocs in the election - the Alliance for Changes bloc and the Unification for Changes bloc.
