The Ford Figo, a new supermini, has been launched for the Indian market. Essentially, the Figo is a previous generation Fiesta with the front-end of the current model. Ford’s Chennai plant in India will build the car but as Ford aims to further establish itself in the emerging market, the plant will undergo a $500 million refurbishment.
