A new trial has been ordered for the only person to be acquitted in the group sex slaying of an Edmonton teen.The Alberta Court of Appeal issued a ruling yesterday that a second trial for Michael Briscoe, one of two adults and three youths charged, in the April of 2005 death of 13-year-old Nina Courtepatte was necessary.
