I have learned that Kelly Block has won the Saskatoon-Rosetown-Biggar Conservative nomination and will replace Carol Skelton as the CPC candidate in the next federal election.Congratulations to Kelly Block, it will definitely be a race to watch in SRB the next time round when she faces off against the NDP candidate Nettie Wiebe.
