We would like to salute our brothers who came from the Caribbean ..this group of the Caribbean is of African descent..they are our guests, may be tomorrow they will attend as observers and then as full members of the African Union.This is no strange..we know that the Islands of Reunion which are in Africa belong to France..the Mayotte Island in Comoro Islands is African but belongs to France..the Falklands...
