In the draws conducted on Friday in Luanda, Angola, the tournament's opening game would be between host; Angola and the Eagles of Mali, while Malawi and Algeria are the other teams in the group with matches to be played in Luanda. The Group B pairing has Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Togo and Burkina Faso, in what looks like the group of death. Matches in Group B will be played in the city of Cabinda.
