Description:Established in 1972, The Avenue Hotel occupies a former residential building dating from 1898-1899, designed by architect Emil Blichfeldt, best known, perhaps, as the designer of the main entrance to Tivoli. Under new daily management since 2004 and under complete renovation until September 2005. On the ground floor is found our large breakfast restaurant which during daytime and evenings can be subdivided for meetings and functions, the reception which offers 24-hour service, our small internet caf / business centre and our cosy lounge complete with open fireplace and bar. Outdoor seating is provided in our spacious yard as is free TV-supervised parking for up to 18(?) cars. The gate to the yard with free parking for our guests, is closed from midnight to 6 a.m. for security reasons but will of course be opened as required.
