Versatel goes Web 2.0 with http://www.versalab.de/ Customer can raise their voice, concerns and suggest ideas (e.g. new features, tariff options). I’m a litte bit surprised to see this kind of approach from Versatel. They changed their strategy recently to mainly focus on business customer. Now they introducing a tool for consumers.
