As I’m supposed to be writing this post and meal planning, I am instead trying to catch up on the unread posts in my Google Reader. In the past few months, I have varied between being caught up on all my feeds and being hundreds and hundreds of posts behind. In the past, I have talked [...]

I use Google Reader for all of my RSS feeds. While I love the ability to open it from both my home and work computer and have all my items available, one thing it really lacks is the ability to easily ‘reorganize’ your feeds. If you read blogs, you need an RSS/blog reader. It’s so much easier to use a blog reader than to bookmark all your favorite sites and visit them because you only get notified when they update their content, saving the step of visiting a site and wondering “Did they update today or not'” My favorite blog [...]

I'm not so keen on Twitter , but I do like Google Reader . Lately, I'm particularly keen on GRs shared posts, notes and microblogging features . There are just a few more things we need. For example, the latest version of the NYT iPhone app supports shares to Twitter and Facebook . Alas, not GR shared notes, even though there's an API for creating Google Reader Shared Notes . Maybe this will come to...

There's a lot of experimentation going on in Google Reader. It feels like it's getting more energy than, say, Buggy Blogger (much less the Stuffed Sites).
