Foolish posters lost their jobs and their loves by blabbing about stuff when they should have kept schtum. Poor naive Gary Mckinnon didn't understand the consequences of what, to him, was no more than an intellectual exercise....

In another outburst of common sense of the type that seems to be gripping the government as we get closer to the General Election, Alan Johnson has announced he has "frozen" the extradition of Gary McKinnon. This travesty of justice needs to be sorted once and for all. I doubt President Obama would like UK headlines blasting the U.S. for vindictively persuing the extradition and prosecution...

Home Secretary Alan Johnson is getting more time to analyse "compelling" medical evidence "very carefully" regarding Gary McKinnon. Gary was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome and is accused by the US of hacking into their Military Computer systems to find evidence of UFO's. His supporters want him tried for Computer Misuse in the UK, which will almost certainly hold a lighter sentence...
