NVU has been around for quite a while. It was the successor of the Netscape Navigator Composer project. NVU was great to use when I used to teach HTML to my ed students. I think I still have a bunch of NVU tutorials on my Youtube account. I probably won't get to Kompozer, no need anymore, but it's nice to know it's out there.
