Techpowerup got their hands on a photo of the Diamond HD 4870 XOC Premium Black Edition graphics card. This is an unlocked RV770 which should be able to achieve much higher clockspeeds than the regular Radeon HD 4870 cards but it looks like the Black Edition from DiamonD still uses the stock cooler.
