I'm on *MTNL *Triband 256kbps unlimited in delhi, with the *D-Link 502T *router. I easily get download speeds of up to 28kbps on LimeWire, but a pathetic 3-4kbps on utorrent. Are my setting wrong? Can someone pls help?
