Revenue at ARM Holdings plc (Cambridge, England) dipped in the second quarter from the same quarter a year before, to $128.1 million, down by less than 1 percent from $129.1 million in Q2 2007, the company said. In Q1 ARM's dollar revenues were $134.3 million, up 4 percent year-on-year.
