System C Healthcare which provides software and IT services in the healthcare sector announced last week that it had bought Liquidlogic for £10.2m and up to £4m more depending on performance in the biggest yet of its four acquisitions. At the same time System C said that it had raised £13m in a placing with new and existing institutional investors. Its chief executive is Dr Ian Denley....
