Driving back from shopping this morning I saw a small line of mobility chairs each operated by local old boys who I recognised except that today they are out full of spit and polish, with new haircuts and all freshly shaven and no part of them looked out of place or in need of attention. Resplendent in their grey flannels, wearing different coloured berets - and blue, grey or green blazers, and all...

Movember is an annual, month-long celebration of the moustache, highlighting men’s health issues, specifically prostate cancer and depression in men. So who can we blame for this initiative? Who’s behind the appearance of those hairy caterpillars crawling under the noses of thousands of men’s faces across NZ, and indeed, around the world. Well, look no [...]

The actress, who recurs on FlashForward in the role of Demetri’s fiancee, poses nude (and covered; damn you, buttoned shirt!) for the publication, while speaking on a number of personal issues, including: oral sex, orgasms and penis size. She’s dated Derek Jeter, starred opposite Will Smith and is very attractive. Still, Gabrielle Union receives very little celebrity gossip attention, a...

First Movember shot This is the standard Movember blerb: I am growing a moustache this year for Movember. I have decided to put down my razor for one month (November) and help raise awareness and funds for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer. What many people don’t appreciate is that one man dies every hour of prostate cancer in the UK, more than 35,000 men will be diagnosed this...

I'm reduced to wearing my Mr.Silly tshirt today. I was and still am a huge fan of the Mr.Men but I can't help but feel that a comic wearing a Mr.Silly tshirt is like one of those losers at parties who introduces themselves as being 'wacky' then instantly proves themselves to be the most boring bastard you'll ever meet. Its already stating what the audience assume so there is no need to overdo it. In...

Many men suffering from impotence use penis pumps as an alternative to costly impotence medications available on the market. According to studies, 50% to 80% of men are satisfied with the results of these penis pumps . Some men even use them for penis enlargement and sexual...

I have seen a lot of stuff on functional training. Even on Men's Health recently there was bit of a debate about what the term functional training actually meant. Here's my 2 cents - 1 -Functional training is anything that does not cause dysfunction . If you are doing too much chest, not enough back and never train legs then you will become dysfunctional - in this case you will alter the length tension...

I saw something rather disturbing this evening: an ad talking about erectile dysfunction. Hardly an uncommon sight in itself - except this one was on a Canadian station. I believe it was CTV NewsChannel. Unlike those endless, annoying American drug ads, this one didn't mention any specific drug - just informed the viewer that (apparently) 40% of men over 40 suffer from E.D. and referred them to a website:...
