Super camileo s10. - 9 / 10

This is an EXCELLENT camcorder for filming outside in daylight. Negative reviews elsewhere on the web comment on the poor results from indoor video/bad light conditions which is true to an extent. The video resolution drops off markedly in those enviroments. But for filming my city break trips in europe the video playback on my full hdtv is SUPERB. Yes- the zoom is limited & probably best left alone. Yes- the camileo is small with fiddly buttons. And yes- you have to purchase sd cards as memory is tiny. But what do people expect from a 1080 hd camcorder at this price !? The camileo s10 is a basic full hd (well nearly) video cam that produces exterior film & pics that will delight those for whom it is intended for, ie; the budget buyer upgrading to 1080 hd filming. And to those the s10 comes highly recommended.
