Poor back up service - 5 / 10

I purchased one of these 6 months ago at £420 Very nice monitor when it worked. I had the monitor for 6 months then it failed it was uplifted and return for repair. Two weeks later it arrived back only to work for 1 hour i contacted the returns people who said we will uplift and repair again(another 2 weeks). The repair centre is not hyundai but a company they farm the repairs out to. The helpful comment i got from them was read the warranty we do not exchange monitors if it fails 10 times we will fix it 10 times. They will give out no details about contacting hyundai I liked the monitor but its the last hyundai anything i will buy. Not a very nice experience all Be warned
