I'm very unhappy with my deLonghi breadmaker. I did a bit of research and chose it because of the size of the pan, which give a more realistic loaf size than my previous breadmaker. BUT while I read one review which mentioned in passing that the paddles tend to be loose and get stuck inside the bread, I never realised it was a major problem. Unlike my old machine, the paddles are not fixed and every time you make a loaf of bread and take it out of the pan, the paddles are STUCK INSIDE THE BREAD! It's ridiculous, you end up having to dig them out of it, leaving you with a loaf of bread with two massive holes in the bottom. What really annoys me is that I've written to DeLonghi and heard not a word. So much for customer service. I really regret buying this product.
