    Poor product quality and poor servicing - 2 / 10

    I bought one unit four months ago and the exhaust hose has started stripping off slowly (the hose seems to become brittle and breaks easily when the weather is too hot). When that happens, the hot air instead of being rid off through the window remained in the room resulting in ineffective cooling. I brought it for a repair/replacement but was told that it is not included in the 2-year warranty. Basically AUD 580 for four months life product. Not worth the buy. Think twice!!
