SOMETIMES it's hard not to be a little pessimistic. We have a sport minister who looks as if he'd have a coronary walking up a flight of stairs, a public enterprises minister who didn't know what was going on at Eskom, and a health minister who spent a lifetime not heeding the advice she now wishes to see embellished on wine bottles.
