We like to tell ourselves that we are a Christian country, but who are we kidding?I look at the TV schedules on a Sunday, and there are almost no religious programmes on television.Songs of Praise is tucked away in a ludicrous time slot on BBC1.Most people probably think it's been cancelled. Neither ITV nor Channel 4 show any religious shows. No discussions about morality or spirituality-Zero!Sunday...

Finally the project brand name for the Video On Demand project I have been working on since 2007 has been released! It is http://www.seesaw.com/ . It is amazing to think back over all that time - when we started we were Project Kangaroo (a join venture between ITV, Channel 4 and BBC Worldwide) and were aiming to build a combined video on demand site. That project was killed by the competition commission...

There is so much hype and talk about the BNP Leader Nick Griffin being invited onto the BBC TV show Question Time tonight, you'd think it was a commercial channel. Which does beg the question. The BBC is state owned, compulsorily funded by those who own TV sets. It feels obliged to give "everyone a fair say" and since the BNP gained around 900,000 votes at the last MEP and local government...

London will be able to receive Freeview HD by the end of the year, with the BBC confirming that they have come to a deal with Arqiva to upgrade the networks for five key metropolitan areas. Although it was expected that London's transmitters would be upgraded to cope with the extra capacity needed for the deployment of DVB-T2, the confirmation has now arrived. The BBC also confirmed that transmitters...
