What with the Phillies game last night, I was as unaware of hockey season starting as, well, everybody else. But I guess nobody’s as hockey-ignorant as Def Leppard’s Joe Elliott, whose appearance during last nights Red Wings-Leafs post-game extravaganza gives one new appreciation for the NHL’s usual music suspects (like Barenaked Ladies or the Hip).
