And can be disassembled for cleaning. I think disassembly for cleaning is pretty big. It’s my only complaint with my Gemtech Outback 2.

Because stem cell therapy seems more "organic" than CIs? Most culturally deaf people are against CIs because they see the implantation process as gruesome and unnatural and capable of improving hearing only to roughly hard-of-hearing level.
