"It's a very, very awesome prison. I majored in architecture in college, and design is how I actually started in. For 'Super Max,' designing that prison, it had to be the kind of thing that was a character in and of itself," Marks said. Well, everybody but his wife… As yet, there are no plans for the Black Canary — Oliver Queen’s super-heroine...

Red hot scribe Justin Marks was feeling a little chatty recently so he decided about his Green Arrow film, SUPER MAX (or whatever the hell it's called now). It's been reported that since the film takes place in a prison for super villains, we'd be seeing a myriad of known and not so known comic characters but according to Marks, we'll also be seeing some extremely well known comic characters like Lex...

When David S. Goyer teased that the planned Super Max movie will include appearances by a host of DC Comics villains, you might have imagined cameos by also-rans like Effron the Sorcerer, Captain Stingaree and Doctor Cyber. But that’s not the case, according to screenwriter Justin Marks. He tells MTV News that the Green Arrow-goes-to-prison film will [...]

Screenwriter David S. Goyer says Warner Bros. seems prepared to move ahead with Super Max, the Green Arrow-goes-to-prison movie first mentioned in April 2007. “Green Arrow is, you know, probably on the same level as Iron Man,” Goyer tells Sci Fi Wire. “And, yeah, I mean when a movie like Iron Man does $300 million, and DC, Warner Bros., realizes, ‘Wow, we’ve got 20 of these kinds of characters.’”...
