No Beatles mention for Across The Universe.

According to a report in Variety, despite Revolution Studios paying Sony/ATV Publishing $8.25 million for the right to record the film's 33 Lennon & McCartney songs, the studio is barred from invoking the Beatles in its campaign for the Across the Universe movie which opened this weekend to positive critical reviews.
