Oops. Nintendo got itself sued by Morgan Creek Productions for using Hans Zimmer's creation "You're So Cool" from the Tony Scott film True Romance in a commercial for the GameCube. Turns out the complaint doesn't specify exactly where the song was used, but this video is of a commercial for Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door , and there it is, plain as day.
