Nokia’s N96 has passed the FCC’s tests, so there should be nothing to stop you from getting your N96 (aside from a light wallet). In case you forgot, the phone comes with a 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, built-in flash, and can record DVD-quality videos at 30fps, and tops things off with A-GPS. Sweet.
