For instance; both Enbridge --- putting in this pipeline no one really wants, and Kraus-Anderson Construction Company , the contractor building the Bemidji Regional Event Center (BREC) , are both being accused of racist hiring practices by Native Americans who are suffering the worst brunt of unemployment...
