NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Martin Marietta Materials Inc. said Thursday it would increase its quarterly cash dividend by 16% to 40 cents a share. On an annualized basis, the Raleigh, N.C., maker of construction materials said the boost represents an annual dividend of $1.60 a share.
