I have just watched the Sharp End interview with Welsh Liberal Democrat leader, Mike German on ITV Wales. He is to step down after the party's October Conference. The thing is that he told the last Conference and the Group that he would step down as soon as possible after the local elections. If he had done so he could have left on a high after our local government successes last week. The new leader...

Sorry for the lack of posting. To put it simply I have been lazy! Anyway, having missed the whole hoopla of the local election blogging I will restart the blog with a post about Mike German (although I will in time give my views on how things went down with the local elections just for the hell of it). Watching Sharpe end last night I certainly got the impression that Mike was at odds with his Assembly...
