Heritage Minister Rhodri Glyn Thomas is to bring 57 organisations under the Welsh Language Act 1993 , meaning they will have to produce a language scheme showing how they would provide services in Welsh for the public. There are already 426 public bodies, such as the health service, who already have to provide bilingual services, but this is the largest number of bodies ever placed under the act simultaneously....
