Pinnacle system is nice, but....

I REALLY like the Pinnacle system and heard almost the exact quote above when I bought mine. HOWEVER....

The system support I received was horrid. They have an office in my city and could not get ANYONE to call me back or come out.

Again - I like the system alot, but without support it's just a paperweight...

I am currently going with Micros for their support.

Good money after bad...
